Quality Systems
CMC's quality management system includes all the elements of the ISO 9001:2000 standard, with the exception of Clause 7.3, related to Design and Development. Our system provides the foundation for capturing, reviewing, and understanding customer needs; defining the processes that yield product and services that meet customer requirements; and provisions for keeping those processes in control.

Our Quality Policy is to:
- Comply with mutually agreed upon valid requirements 100% of the time
- Minimize defects through a culture of prevention rather than detection
- Continually improve and maintain the quality of our products and services
ISO Certification
CMC has held ISO Certification for its quality management system for 13 years, starting originally with certification to ISO 9002 in 1994 and ultimately upgrading to the current ISO 9001:2000 Standard.

ITAR Registration
Cygnus Manufacturing Company LLC has registered with the U.S. Department of State for the purposes of meeting the requirements associated with full compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
