Family-owned and operated, Elegant Catering has brought an exquisite touch to hundreds of western Pennsylvania weddings, parties and corporate events. The difference is in the details, and our clients experience it in the exceptional quality and presentation of our food, which is surpassed only by our superior service.
Serving Stations
In addition to the Buffet Menu’s, you may add one or more of the stations.
CARVING STATION
Slowly-Roasted Meats served with sauces & gravy
- Top Round of Beef - Tender, juicy roast beef enhanced by horseradish, mustard and au jus sauces.
- Roasted Turkey Breast - Tender white meat cooked with a variety of herbs to accentuate its flavor.
- Roasted Pork Loin - Succulent pork roast cooked with herbs that make every bite worth savoring.
- Smoked Ham - Freshly-cured meat from the hind leg of the hog.
- Boneless Strip Loin - Flavorful beef from the core of the loin, cooked to perfection.
- Boneless Ribeye - Prime rib of beef that’s juicy, tender and flavorful.
- Filet Tenderloin - “King of Steaks” with a melt-in-mouth texture.
- Grilled Tuna or Salmon - Grilled to perfection. .

Fresh coffee served in Irish coffee mugs, with whipped cream & Biscotti’s.
BAR STATION
Includes 3 types of soda, club soda, tonic water, juice, fruit garnishes, ice and three types of plastic glasses.
Bartenders available. Call for rates.
ASIAN STATION
Includes:
- Rice – Jazzman Fried, White and Almond
- Sauces – Stir Fry, Sweet and Sour, General Tso’s and Zesty Orange
- Vegetables – Broccoli, Mushroom, Onion, Tomatoes, Baby Corn, Hot and Mild Peppers, Carrots, Celery, Water Chestnuts and Bamboo Shoots
- Meats – Beef, Pork, Chicken and Shrimp
PASTA BAR STATION
Includes:
- Pastas – Penne and Bow Tie
- Sauces – Red, Alfredo, Sun Dried Tomato, Pesto and Olive Oil and Garlic
- Includes: Tomatoes, Hot Peppers, Mild Peppers, Mild Peppers, Mushrooms, Onions, Broccoli, Artichokes, Pine Nuts, Olives and Parmesan Cheese
- Available to add – Chicken, Meatballs, Sausage, Shrimp and Salmon
SALAD BAR STATION
Includes:

- Potato Salad Macaroni Salad, Cole Slaw and Pasta Salad

LOADED POTATO BAR STATION
Includes:
- Potato – Baked, Sweet and Yukon Gold Potatoes
- Sour Cream, Chives, Butter, Broccoli, Cheese Bacon, Brown Sugar and Chili
HOMEMADE CHIPS AND SALSA DISPLAY
Includes:
- Chips
- Hummus, Quacomli, Salsa, Black Beans and Corn, and Buffalo Chicken Dip
- Available to add: - Chili, Taco Meat, Shredded Pork and Beef
FAJITA
Includes:
- Grilled Chicken, Steak and Shrimp

All station menus are priced for additions on the buffet menu. All prices are subject to a 6% sales tax & 18% service charge. All stations have a minimum of 50 people.
