The Friends of Coal Auto Fair is an excellent opportunity to market your business while giving back to the community and our children. All proceeds from the event benefit the YMCA Youth Sports Complex and youth sports programs. It is truly a worthy cause! Please complete the requested sponsorship information below and return this pledge card to the address provided. An invoice for your pledge amount will be sent to the attention of your company's contact shortly thereafter. Thirty days prior to the show, a packet with your company's sponsorship benefits and additional event information will be mailed to the contact at the address provided. Levels of Sponsorship

Platinum Sponsorship - $5,000

  • Your Company will be featured as a premier sponsor of the event.
  • Your Company's name will appear:
    • On event billboards located at the show grounds for twelve months.
    • In newspaper advertisements and articles.
  • Your Company's logo and website link, if provided, will be listed on the marquee at the official event website, www.friendsofcoalautofair.com from July 1st, 2009 until June 30th, 2010.
  • You will have the option to reserve up to a 40' x 60' space in a prominent location for display, promotional purposes, or even a company outing.
  • Your Company's name will appear on one of the Platinum Sponsor Trophies presented during intermission of the Saturday Night Concert. You have the option to choose the awarded vehicle.

  • You will have the option to reserve up to a 20' x 40' space for display, promotional purposes, or even a company outing.
