For over a century, Westinghouse Electric Corporation was a global leader in the manufacturing of motors, generators, transmission and distribution equipment. Over the years, Westinghouse divested all of its manufacturing operations, including Homewood. Since the installed base of Westinghouse equipment is immense worldwide, many companies, such as Homewood, bought the various products, along with the rights to continue to support the Westinghouse base. Each company has its own set of specific products that it manufactures. Through our personal relationships, built over many years with colleagues that are now part of those other companies, we have formed close alliances. If we do not have the information to manufacture the item that you need, we will source genuine Westinghouse products, or their replacements, from our partners.
